Endometriosis nutrition, built around you.
Most nutrition apps have never heard of it. Plait builds the plan around it.
Endometriosis nutrition research is thinner than the research behind perimenopause, menopause, PCOS or pregnancy, and Plait would rather say that plainly than dress up a handful of small studies as settled guidance. There is no single major guideline body publishing endometriosis-specific dietary recommendations the way there is for PCOS or menopause, and any app that implies otherwise is overselling what is actually known.
What Plait can do honestly is track. Cramping, bloating and fatigue are common and disruptive, and logging them next to what you ate, over weeks rather than one bad day, is useful regardless of whether the underlying dietary science has caught up yet.
What Plait tracks.
- Cramping, bloating, fatigue, or whichever symptoms you pick: each becomes its own tracked chart, logged next to your meals
- Meals scored against your whole profile, including anything else from the six conditions you carry alongside endometriosis
- Markers you choose to track, from the app's full set
